The tiling marathon has begun!

We've created a cement "step" to extend the shower - it'll be tiled.
The epic job of tiling the basement floor starts here - 2 days work to get this far!

The time has come. No more procrastination. I've had to knuckle down and start the tiling. First of all the walls of the small basement bathroom, and then I'll move on to the floor tiles. The entire basement floor will be done in cotto (terracotta type tiles). They're rectangular and I'm thinking of doing a herringbone pattern - wish me luck!
First, I've got to get the bathroom walls done though - and it's not going quickly!
